A safe space for youth to grow and lead.
Youth Coalition for Success is a community-based youth club serving Trench Town and other inner-city communities—helping young people build confidence, life skills, and positive values that support healthy choices and reduce risky behaviour. In communities where pressure can be constant, a consistent safe space matters—and without it, too many young people are left to learn hard lessons the hard way. We teach Godly principles through regular Bible study, and we pair that with life skills, service, and positive peer support so
youth grow in identity, purpose, and responsibility—becoming contributors at home and in community.
What we’re doing
● Run a community-based youth club that promotes positive peer support and personal growth
● Build self-esteem, responsibility, and goal-setting through structured life skills development
● Teach Godly principles through regular Bible study and mentoring-style guidance—so youth learn who they are, what they’re worth, and how to choose wisely
● Provide motivational talks and real-world exposure through educational and outward-bound trips
● Engage youth in service learning so they practice leadership by contributing to their community
Why it matters

● A consistent safe space with positive peers and adult guidance builds protective factors over time
